Tehran is ready to reinitiate atomic negotiations with Washington as long as it is approached with "respect" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has announced.

Abbas Araghchi declared solely negotiations was effective, and disclosed recent overtures had originated from go-betweens to reopen discussions with the Trump administration. Prior Discussions Abruptly Concluded

The previous five rounds of discussions between the US and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and bitter termination on 12 June when Israel, with American backing, struck Iran's enrichment centers in a fortnight-long engagement that ended with the American leader asserting the locations had been eliminated. Afterward, European countries employed their right to restore international penalties, but Iran maintains they have not had a significant effect.

Perfect Agreement Suggested

Tehran representatives claimed they felt they had achieved a "ideal resolution" to the nuclear fuel concern in prior discussions, when it was agreed an domestic cooperative with Washington's engagement could process nuclear material. Both sides would have been able to assert triumph since domestic enrichment would have continued and the US could be assured that Iran's enrichment initiative was solely for peaceful purposes.

It had not been agreed in the negotiations that Washington's technical specialists could work inside Iran, but that was a reasonable assumption of the cooperative offer. Officials stated on multiple occasions they had secured an understanding with Trump's special envoy the US official only for the arrangement to collapse due to "opponents in the US".

Existing Status

Iranian officials said the cooperative arrangement was now no longer available, but it seems highly likely the proposal could be revived in various formats if discussions resume.

The Iran's state department has been criticized of inactivity in the aftermath of Washington's unmediated tactics, but Tehran says diplomacy is not part of a spectacle.

Political Position

In his address to the gathering, intended to portray the US as a controlling nation that exploits the concept of worldwide standards, Araghchi said the 12-day war revealed the dispute could not be resolved by combat operations. He said the strikes commenced with a US demand for an unconditional Iranian surrender and culminated with an complete request for a truce.

Iran is convinced the initial Israeli attacks were mounted with full US knowledge and coordination, making trust hard to reestablish.

Diplomacy Remains the Final Solution

The foreign minister declared: "Tehran was not the one that had fled diplomacy; it was America and the Western nations that had consistently sought to enforce their desires during the talks. Negotiations can still be alive and continues the ultimate resolution to address disagreements, but its criteria, regulations and tenets must be followed."

Recovery and Reconstruction

In what is described by Tehran representatives as the conflict of restoration and reconstruction, Araghchi stated he was assured Iran's security strengths "are considerably enhanced than before 13 or 14 June of this year. Our entire military infrastructure have been restored. We acquired many lessons from this war; we have discovered our personal limitations and the vulnerabilities of the opponent."

He continued: "We successfully passed this engagement. Our atomic expertise, which they planned to obliterate, continues to exist. The sites and gear, if damaged, will be reconstructed; what is crucial is the resolve of the citizens of Tehran and then the national cohesion that they targeted, but were unable to destroy. The Iranian people have grown more powerful, more cohesive, and more supportive of the government and the state in the aftermath of this attack."
